hi,

i am searching for a formula that can tell me the number of members that are in a team.

 

example:

I have a board with a Person column. in this column I assign a team. in this team I have 3 members

i want to see the number 3 in a formula in order to be able to change the team and see the new number of members or if I fired 1 member and he is not longer a monday.com member the fomula needs to show me now 2

Hi @Pelu 

You can create a directory board where you would include the users and the team they belong to. I would use match automation to, based on the team assigned, connect your board to directory board and use this connection column to calculate the formula.

The board you would have to update would be directory (always taking into account that this will affect not only actual data but past one)

I’m not sure whether this will help you but it’s worth to try it.
