Employing staff to implement monday.com

Hi all,I run a business consultancy in Asia and just finishing our monday.com Academy and qualifications.My goal is to employ IT staff and get them qualified to sell and implement monday.com to our clients.Just wondering if anyone running a monday.com consultancy business would be able to share how they structure their staff salary and roles for monday.com implementation.Currently I’m thinking a base salary then a commission on implementation fees and client sign-up referrals. Thanks

Where to Download Partnership Announcement Banners & Badges

Sorry if this has been asked before but I can’t find the answer anywhere and support are not telling me anything. I became a partner and want to post the partnership announcement banners on social media and download the badges.But where do I download these? I have the Social Kit- Partnership Announcements and Logo Kit etc, but it says to download the banners on my board. But I can’t find them on my board.The most simplest tasks to do, yet it is proving to be the most headache especially since support are not givign me any answers.Thanks.

monday invitations

My customer (PRO account) has no control over who sends the invitations on Mondays. He needs to prevent members from being able to invite and place other members and that this management can only be done by the admins.

How to Access the 3 Month Free Trial

Hello,I’m currently doing the partnership academy course and I’ve been told by support that I’m eligible for a 3 month free trial, but they’re not telling how to activate it after asking support three times.All they tell me is that I need to start a new Monday.com account.So asking if anyone here knows how to activate the 3 month free trial for partners?Thanks!

Workshops/events managed in OS and email communication in CRM

Hi everyone,Would you share your approach for the best setup where the event/workshop and their tasks are managed from the OS, but the email communication is to be sent from the CRM? Is there a way to manage all from one board? The customer has a large database and often need to send more than 400 emails per event, so connecting event board with contacts boards can be too time consuming, but it’s important to track who was participating in the event and collect their feedback.Best regards,Nevena

Create items with the same subitems

Hello everyone,is there a possibility through automation to create an item on a new board with the same subitems? The possible workaround is definitely to duplicate and move the item (in this case you are able to bring back the subitems) or move only the item,  but I’d like to know if there is a possibility, also with an App just to "change the status of an item and create a new item on another board with the same subitems" without using duplicate and move items. Thanks in advance

Need Formula for number change based on status

I am trying to write a formula for my ‘Quantity Live’ column that says “If the subitem’s ‘Pub Status’ is not LIVE, put 0. If the subitem’s ‘Pub Status’ is LIVE, put the value from the ‘Quantity Using’ column. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,Linda

Automate emails from Emails & Activities?

Hi!I really hope that someone here can tell me that this is possible. I want to automate the sending of an email from Emails & Activities based on a date column (when date arrives, send date). I need it to be that way so I can have hyperlinked text. I know about Supermail but my client is not willing to pay extra for this considering they are on ent and the CRM product. I can not use a standard automation because you can not add a hyperlink.Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hello guys,Happy Easter! 🐣Any of you can recommend a good approach for the data migration from other CRMs ( in this case Pipedrive) to a monday one?For instance, if the contacts are uploaded and then afterward the organisations, there is no link between them. Email contents not appearing in the updates section when using Monday outlook integration

Hello to everyone, A customer of mine uses outlook integration.They display relevant e-mails in the updates section. The problem here is, We cannot display the tables, images or attachment in the email content in the updates section. As an example, the screenshot below; Mail; Updates;  How can we view email contents or attachments in the updates section? Is there a solution for this?  Thanks!
