Hi, I have an integration with gmail on monday that is failing with a specific email, which was not giving me problems before but now it does not send the email and says the reason for the error is :

Automation sentence: When status changes to something gmail send an email to
Error reason: Required fields are missing in this automation. Edit the fields here

Do you know what it could be, have you had a similar experience?
Thanks!

I’ve had the issue when the email password was changed. The connection had to be updated.

I had this issue recently on one of my accounts. If you go in and select the connection, or add the connection again from scratch and then select the connection again it should work.

In some cases I had to recreate the automation from scratch since the old connection sometimes stuck to the automation even after reconnecting.

Ive had this issue today for the first time with alot of automations and if i follow the errors it takes me to an archived board, could it be that the board is archived?

In that case you need to unarchive the board, and delete the automation.

let me know if that was it? because i am interested to know whether this is a new issue with automations failing on archived boards.

Hi Keenan, thanks for your reply. It's strange the situation to us the same failed us just today, only in our case to click on it does not take me to any board because in my case the integration is not in an archived board, just tells me that missing mandatory fields are missing and disconnects me the linked gmail. So I still can't find a solution.

@ikona.practicas Thanks for the like on my comment!, When you click on the link in the error email it should take you directly to the automation editor in the board where the automation is. You should then be able to edit the fields so they are remapped, and turn the integration on.

If you are still struggling can i ask you to share screenshots or even better a screen recording ?

Yes, it sent me to the automation editor in the board where the automation is and when I did the integration again it failed, this from my client's pc who I was assisting via video call, now I have tried it from my pc with his email and it worked, which is strange because my client followed the steps well.

I will share screenshots with you privately

Thank you very much!
