Hi all,

I run a business consultancy in Asia and just finishing our monday.com Academy and qualifications.

My goal is to employ IT staff and get them qualified to sell and implement monday.com to our clients.

Just wondering if anyone running a monday.com consultancy business would be able to share how they structure their staff salary and roles for monday.com implementation.

Currently I’m thinking a base salary then a commission on implementation fees and client sign-up referrals.
