Multi Product Visibility on Salesforce portal
We are happy to provide you with an improved UI and data about products that are now available in the partner portal!
1. Lead Product Insights - A new component on the lead page that provides you with all the information about the products installed, the intent, and the current type of infra (Stand-alone infra that allow you to sell multiple products as a standalone!)
*The main product on the lead page refer to the first product that was installed
- Opportunity layout UI - Now, on every new business opportunity you will be able to see a product insight component to make sure you have the right information from the lead conversion under the opportunity layout.
Explanation:
*The first banner looks on which infrastructure the opportunity is landed - from now on all new signups are on the NEW multi product infra
*Installed products refer to the products that the lead installed, sometimes it can be more than one product and we are also prviding you some information that indicate if its on a trial/ expired etc’
*Additional product indications refer to more indication we can gain on the lead/ opp
for example: if he/she created a template of CRM/ DEV - that can help you with a better approach to the lead and in the opportunity life cycle.
We are planning also to revamp how the small brain looks like that will support the multi product motion visibility!
