I'm new! Where should I start?

The best way to get started is to first complete your profile (see below), look at our Community Guidelines, and then introduce yourself! We're all excited to meet you and give you a warm welcome 🤗.

How do I create a profile?

If you haven't already completed your profile, what are you waiting for?!

 

Your community wants to know who you are! Show them how amazing you are by adding details to your profile. Share about your experience, your areas of expertise, and anything else you want the other partners to know. The more detail you have in your profile, the more quickly you'll receive replies from other users.

 

Head to "My Profile" to tell us all about yourself. You can add:

  • A profile picture - show us your personality!

  • Your company and job title - this will allow you to connect with like-minded people

  • A bit about yourself - What makes you unique?

  • City & Country - let us know where you are!

  • I speak - share which languages you speak (even if you aren’t completely fluent) so that you can connect with others

  • My company’s been a partner since - self explanatory.

  • LinkedIn - why not take the connections to social media too?

  • A forum signature - this will be displayed at the bottom of all your posts, be creative!

 

How do I get notified on important updates? Subscribe!

 

We encourage you to subscribe to the relevant sections of the site so that you’ll never miss an update. Just press subscribe in the top right corner of the page.

Hello everyone,

I'm thrilled to join this amazing community!

My name is Niraj, I consider myself a global citizen—originally from India, livied in Dubai for 10 year while travelling all around th world and currently living in Malta.
With over 15 years of experience in the Customer Service industry—ranging from BPO to Airlines and now the iGaming sector—I've always been passionate about improving customer experiences. Recently, I came across monday.com through a YouTube ad (funny how those algorithms work, right? 😉), and it instantly sparked my curiosity.

It made me think, why not combine my extensive background in customer service with this powerful project management tool? I'm looking at making a career shift towards project management, aiming for more flexibility to balance work and life, and hopefully see more of the world while doing it. Learning new ways to streamline workflows and manage projects efficiently feels like the perfect way to leverage my experience and make life easier for myself and others.

I'm excited to learn, grow, and explore how we can all make life a little better, one project at a time!
