I am Mike, I set up Dreamsuite, a company specializing in consulting and custom solution building for small and medium businesses. I spent a lot of my career working as a project manager for huge multinational companies, implementing enterprise solutions such as SAP, Netsuite, O365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and more.  In the last 2-3 roles before I started my own business, I worked for small and medium sized businesses and was shocked by how unobtainable these business solutions were for them.  It was a combination of cost, budget (a lot of these companies won’t even talk to you unless you have a minimum of 50 seats), unnecessary complication and the fact that these huge systems would actually slow small businesses down instead of speed them up.  It made me determined to take the best features and functionality I saw in over a decade of implementing these systems and implement them on a platform that is simple, affordable and flexible.  I have been doing so mostly with Trello but have also been working with Monday and am now shifting my focus to Monday.com as I can see huge potential to live my values and help lots of small and medium businesses.  

I hope to learn more, contribute to the community and work together with other partners to keep this community a thriving one with competition, innovation but most importantly support for each other.

I am Karin and I am originally from Chile but I have been in Australia for about 9 years working in the environmental space. Currently, I am launching my consulting business “La Loyka”. We aim to support not for profits and for purpose initiatives on their journey for a better work and capacity building. We are a 1% For The Planet Member and we work with organisations doing good across the globe. 

I have been using monday.com for years as a CRM to track donations, corporate volunteering “sales”, projects, grants calendars, and more. I became the integration boss and trained my team and others to use it. It’s been a great way to save time and also work with remote teams during COVID and beyond. 

On a personal note, I am passionate outdoors lover, ultrarunner, bikepacker, hiker, etc. I have been able to use these “superpowers” to bring campaigns into life. Last year, I ran the whole length of the Yarra River for a fundraising campaign. Yup, I still got toe nails left 😜

Hello! I’m Paula from Northern New Jersey in the U.S., just across the river from New York City. My company is Seva Digital, originally founded to develop apps for agricultural information for small-holder farmers. I’m pivoting my business from being a marketing agency back to its “roots” (bad agricultural pun) to teach and help organizations develop their technology capacity with a human-centered design thinking focus. I recently launched Monday.com for my current company, and it has been a huge success. It was difficult but rewarding, and I've developed a passion for it.
