Welcome to the monday.com Partner Community! We're so happy to have you here!

The goal of our community is for partners to share knowledge, collaborate, connect, and learn with each other. Take a look at our community guidelines to understand the community expectations for you and your fellow community members!

Respect

We are all monday.com stars! We welcome every partner and monday.com employee to our forum with open, inclusive arms and we are committed to treating everyone with respect and kindness. All of us come from global, diverse backgrounds, uniting for the same goals. Together we will make this a welcoming community where everyone feels comfortable. We will not tolerate any offensive behavior including bullying and name-calling.

Engage

The goal of the community is to share and engage! If you have expertise or insight to offer, please contribute and don't be shy to start a new discussion. Our moderators will share helpful content but it's more fun when it comes from you!

Search Before You Ask & Include Details

The answer to your question may already be within the community - use the search function and check out the already existing questions, conversations, and ideas before sharing your post.

If you haven't found what you're looking for, then you can go ahead and create a new topic. Include as much detail as possible when you are creating a new topic. For example, you should include the product or service or the step where you encounter the challenge. Add images and videos when relevant. Check out our article on how to start a new topic.

Support

The monday.com Partner Community is the best way to find solutions on any challenges you are experiencing, or any questions you may have. It is a place to connect with others and share ideas and best practices. If you require additional support, please try searching within the main search function or contact @Kylie, your community manager.

Stay Legal

You may not post any pornographic or otherwise offensive material, share illegal or copyrighted content, attempt to distribute illegal substances, distribute viruses or other material which gives you access to the computers or systems of other users, or generally anything that is considered illegal by your country of residence.

Privacy

This includes email addresses, phone numbers, address, account numbers, etc. You can see monday.com’s privacy policy here

Hey @Kylie just a clarification question on the “No commercial use,” does this mean that if partners have an app or something that they offer that could help address a problem or question in the community that they are not allowed to post it?

Hey @David dela Cruz , thanks for the question!

Anyone is welcome to share apps as a solution and/or reply to a question 🙂.
