Hi, the channel partner portal is for Channel Partners, and they get access from their CPM’s.
The Referral Partner portal is for referrals :)

what is the different between a channel partner and referral partner?
is there other package tier for the partners?
As I understand for now, that a new partner will have to go through the referral process first in order to understand about monday.com and get to know how and learn along the way. Until when it’s time or suitable I believe there is another tier to access. This is to ensure that, we have a quality referral and partnership.

To answer your question, once you’ll reach 30K in total sales, you’ll be promoting to the highest tier as an authorized partner, and potentially will be able to progress and climb the ladder of tiers.
