Hi all,

Maybe anyone knows how to undo a mistaken action?

for example I have changed the Date column for a mistaken date, and as a result all dates for the dependencies have changed in the Gannt.

Is there a way to correct this?

Thank you in advance,

Alexandra

Hi @Alexandra Shulman! You can go to the activity log (the arrow icon in the top right), and undo previous changes or got back to a certain version. Hope this helps!

It may work on dependencies. You can undo Date however based on date change dependencies will only trigger if there is update to be done.

For Example

Before you made change by mistake “Item 1” Date was Dec 15, 2022, and all dependent items have dates +1 day each one after the other,

Now you changed Item 1 Date from Dec 15 to Dec 20, by mistake, which moved all dependent items to future dates as follows:

Now seeing activity log you can see what was the previous date of Item 1 and change Dec 20 to Dec 15 it wont affect dependent tasks.

It wont trigger any changes as those dates are already future dates,

Solution is, remove all date. Set it again for first task and it will propagate when you set duration.

Hi @eddyezban , thank you for your answer.

Can you please show me this maybe in loom?

Cause I tried this different ways and I don`t see the undo option on my account:

Hi @eddyezban I’m also interested to know how to do it. As @Alexandra Shulman I can not see that option on my account.
