Hi Partners! Important update to all of you here 🖥️

In terms of security effort, we are doing in monday.com, From now on you will have to use Multi-Factor Authentication to log into your partner portal.

what does it mean?

It means that in the login stage to your portal we will have another authentication to make sure that the person who is being log in is actually you :)

The first time I used MFA it worked fine but I now can’t seem to get my Authentication codes. How do I reset MFA?

Hello @Yaelsh!

 

Since monday.com has implemented MFA for access to the monday Partners Portal in Salesforce (which is great!), it would be really cool if the portal remained logged in for a while.

 

I don't know if this happens with other partners, but we have to log in and use the authenticator app every time the browser or tab is closed and reopened.

How long after you are logging in you have to log in again? 

i think that the session stands for around 12 hours but i can double check!

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

In my experience, as long as I keep the browser tab open, the system stays logged in. However, if I close the browser or the tab, I have to log in again, no matter how long since the last login. The problem also occurs with all my coworkers I've spoken to.

 

Maybe Salesforce isn't creating a cookie or some process to keep the user logged in after the browser closes.

 

Apparently the configuration on my end is correct, as I tried several options before sending the previous message.

 

Is there anything I can do here about this?

I can’t log in to Monday Salesforce since 2 factor authentication came in – I can see the codes on my phone but they are not working as validation codes??

Please help, authentication code not working and can seem to find how to reconnect again for authentication app. PLEASE HELP.

I need help. I changed my cell phone and now it won't let me link salesforce authenticator, I don't get the QR code.
