Hi Partners! We are super happy to share with you the NEW layout for our Small brain in the partner portal.😲

Why?
As you know, Monday.com as a company is going through a motion of multi-product. Together with the new banner we are presenting on the lead and the opportunity, we also want to give you easy access to information on the account that touches products and AddOns specifically.

What Changed?

*UI improvements

*Products and Addons related to the account

*Slug indication - Below the website you can find an easy access to the SLUG of the account.

We kept most of the information the same and added more insights about products and AddOns and obviously improved the UI for a better experience!  

Notes

*Please note that the “Total ARR” currently represent only the products ARR (not includes Addons)

*Now you have in the upper left side the slug of the account

 

We are here for any question regard the new layout and any other suggestion that will come in the future.

Hi @Yaelsh , some of the profile in small brain is displaying the product info very clearly as per your description. However, some of them are displaying differently. I can’t see the product, tier, seats (used), subscription, status, and ARR. Mind checking? Thank you. 


Hi @Yaelsh , any update on the above issue? Now our small brain account is not only not displaying the products and plans, it just keep loading. We have tried incognito window, still the same. The issue happened since yesterday late evening till today. Please assist, thank you!

Thanks for the update @Yaelsh . The frequency reduced, but still happen to some accounts once awile. Here’s the error if it helps. 

System pull forms as the product, and no ARR. which is incorrect.

Here’s another kind of error. This is an active account, but system pull forms as the product, and no ARR. which is incorrect. 

Hi @Yaelsh , any update on the above? I still seeing accounts with “forms” as product, and they are active account, but SF state that they are inactive with no subscription. It is confusing :(
