Hi everyone! I just wanted you to ask all my fellow Monday CRM users some questions. 

1, Is this your first CRM? Or did you switch from other tools? (Salesforce etc..)

2, If you switched to Monday, what has been the benefit of using Monday CRM? How long did it take to switch from the previous tool?
