Hello everyone.


With automations it is possible to create response email templates, however, if I want to customise graphics, signatures, images and links this is not possible to do.
Since the ability to create templates via email is present in CRM, is there not an option to retrieve those templates via automations?
Finally, is there a way to table view all the templates configured in the email & activity module?

(Other than the dropdown of choice)

unfortunately the features you are looking for are not available yet with the emails and activities app, however you could certainly use a third party app called Superform to achieve everything you are looking for. 
 

i have personally used it in implementations and it works very well.
