Hi!

I really hope that someone here can tell me that this is possible. I want to automate the sending of an email from Emails & Activities based on a date column (when date arrives, send date). I need it to be that way so I can have hyperlinked text. I know about Supermail but my client is not willing to pay extra for this considering they are on ent and the CRM product. I can not use a standard automation because you can not add a hyperlink.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Unfortunately, the “Emails & Activities” app can not automate sending emails, only manually send them.

@George Baker that was what a thought but I was hoping for a better answer. This seems like such a basic function especially if you can not do it from the mass email for a CRM.
