A customer of mine uses outlook integration.They display relevant e-mails in the updates section.
The problem here is,
We cannot display the tables, images or attachment in the email content in the updates section.
As an example, the screenshot below;
Mail;
Updates;
How can we view email contents or attachments in the updates section? Is there a solution for this?

We had the same Problem for a customer. So we talked to a Company called knots.io
They developed an email connector for Outlook for us.
Now we can map the mail content like Subject, body, files etc. in specific Columns. Additionally, we created a new View in the Update Section for this. So now we are able to see the mail content in a way we want to see it.

Exactly.
The Outlook Api is not so compatible and friendly for other systems.
We had built a ticketing board, here it was necessary to see the attachments.

The work is already done, maybe there is an easy way for you to integrate the connector.
